New MLS listing rules

Recently, a lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors changed the rules regarding fees. Sellers no longer have to pay buyer's broker commissions. Because we are an independent real estate AND mortgage brokerage, we can charge our fee to the lender or buyer. This major shakeup is a big win for our sellers. We are reducing fees in alignment with regulatory mandates and pro-consumer legal actions driven by Washington DC and the DOJ, aiming to eliminate barriers to home ownership, similar to the reductions seen in stock brokerage fees a decade ago and the regulation of mortgage broker fees.

How do we get paid?

GroGroup earns its compensation through either originating the mortgage or providing upgraded services. Because we are dualy licensed (real estate and lending), we are happy to earn your business and only get paid for lending services.

How will buyers find my property?

According to the National Association of Realtors, In 2020, 97% of homebuyers used the internet in their home search. With social distancing and health guidelines coming from the COVID-19 pandemic, technology has played an even larger role in the buying and selling of homes.
